If You Need to Cancel Your Treatment
If you need to cancel and this is within 24hours of your appointment then please contact us via text / voicemail (0212951924) or email [email protected]
Same day cancellations / no shows will incur a 100% (full payment) fee of the treatment booked
Appointments start promptly. If you are late, then due to client scheduling restrictions, you will be charged the full time of the treatment booked
Online cancelations are available up to 48 hours online using your Setmore MacLymph App where you can login and manage directly
If you chose to book as a “guest” your individual confirmation booking email is how you can manage each booking
Email notifications are automatically sent three days prior to your appointment
If you deselect this option at time of booking, then this is disabled
Text reminders are sent 24 hours prior to your appointment
