Housekeeping Update

I have been doing a maintenance update across the board. Here’s some what’s new.

1. I have enabled “create profile” login option when you book your appointments. This means you can now view and manage all your appointments from your own login. Pretty fab!

You can still continue as “Guest” and have the individual booking notifications emailed as normal
2. The Booking Policy has now been moved to the top of the screen when you book an appointment

The policy has not changed but now is more visible
This also gets sent as part of your booking confirmation and email reminder
The policy is
48h you can cancel or reschedule online
24h please text or email to cancel or reschedule
On day cancelations or no-shows are 100% chargeable
3. Pricing modifications

I have standardised pricing at the hourly rate across all services, excluding NeoLifting Face Sculpting

  • 45 minutes was $115, now decreasing to $105
  • 60 minutes no change, stays at $140
  • 75 minutes was $160, now increasing to $175
  • 90 minutes was $190 now increasing to $205

    • This will be phased in over new bookings

    For clarification, I don’t intend to charge for the following items as I include these as part of the services booked;
    lymphatic taping
    use of the Medi-Rent SIPC pumps if part of the treatment
    TEO oscillation therapy
    LTU-904 Riancorp laser therapy
    soft foams
    incidentals such as the vinyl gloves / conducting strips
    4. 30 minute appointments

    These are still available, but only bookable in Clinic for special cases such as auto-immune conditions or as agreed
